ASPIRE - Enrollment
How Do I Enroll?
All interested applicants must fill out an application and attend mandatory orientation in order to be considered for the program.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Resident of Cumberland County
- Income must be at or below federal poverty guidelines
- Must be willing to comply with program guidelines
- Must be willing to seek and obtain employment
