What is the Homebuyer's Club?

The Homebuying Club is an educational, self-supporting process that helps to build responsible homeowners by providing them with information that, along with their own determination and self-sacrifice, enable them to become homeowners and to improve the quality of life.

How does it work?

A group of ten to five pre-screened, potential home purchasers commit to meeting togeter regularly for siz to twelve months under supervision of a coordinator or group leader. Each session is ninety minutes long, and is facilitated by a qualified presenter. Clubs meet once per month for six months or less (fast track)for those with minor barriers and up to two years (fast track) for those with major obstacles. The purpose is to provide ongoing support to motivate, encourage and assist participants in overcoming their barriers to purchasing a home.
